Household emergencies often come when we least expect them. We are staffed to handle those emergencies on nights, weekends, and holidays.
Even when our office is closed, our answering service is always available. You will talk to a real person no matter what time you call. Our answering service shares all information with us every morning. They also immediately notify us of emergencies so we can send a technician as soon as possible.
We don’t charge extra fees for emergencies, but we do reserve the right to decide which problems require emergency service. Emergencies are typically issues that create an imminent threat to people or property.
While we plan for extreme weather as much as possible, there may be some peak times in the year that we may not be able to respond to all emergencies in an ideal time frame. You matter to us, and we always do our best to respond timely to every emergency.
