We do reserve the right to determine which situations qualify as a true emergency, generally those posing an imminent risk to people or property. During peak weather seasons, response times may occasionally be longer than usual, but we always do our best to reach you as quickly as possible.
Please note: technicians cannot service air conditioners after dark, and we recommend calling as early in the day as possible during high-demand periods.
