Best value for a home warranty! Today we paid $0 for $1400 worth of service and parts on our heater, oh and we've been using one of their nice big space heaters for free while waiting on a part to come in. Matt came to my rescue – Senior citizen recently widowed and new home purchaser did panic when temp in house at 80 would not go down. I called the other service company that former owners used and they could not get out to my house for 10 days. I called A.B.
