Before he came into my home he already had his shoe covers in his hand ready to put on, can’t say that about the last guy who came to my home. Stephen got the job done in a quick manner. I closed on a house on June 30th, and have since had two surprise issues. A.B. May responded to these issues on the same day, and both technicians went the extra mile to resolve my issues. I was able to get a problematic water heater replaced within 24 hrs, and Robin on the HVAC team was not only able to fix a blown fuse in one of my AC units, but also evaluate the connections and determine that one unit was hooked up incorrectly, was clogged, and proceeded to clean out the unit. Given these experiences, I am very impressed with A.B. May and would definitely recommend their service to others.

The people and service at A.B. May are very friendly and helpful. The A.B. May company is one of the best maintenance companies in the KC area! In our opinion, it would be hard to beat their professional, affordable, timely service. We have used them for several years now after using a few other companies who cover less. Now all our home, appliances and most needs (except our vehicles) are covered with one policy with one company. They had a serviceman at our home within 3 hours of our call about our failed AC. Then took care of us so quickly, answering all our questions so well. We recommend this company to all our friends!!
