I closed on a house on June 30th, and have since had two surprise issues. AB May responded to these issues on the same day, and both technicians went the extra mile to resolve my issues. I was able to get a problematic water heater replaced within 24 hrs, and Robin on the HVAC team was not only able to fix a blown fuse in one of my AC units, but also evaluate the connections and determine that one unit was hooked up incorrectly, was clogged, and proceeded to clean out the unit. Given these experiences, I am very impressed with AB May and would definitely recommend their service to others.
