Thank you for choosing a Gold, Silver, or Bronze Service Plan from A.B. May. Our monthly Service Plans can help you care for your home systems and save money on repairs.
Gold and Silver Plans offer up to $2,000 credit toward covered items per trade service call for a $75 service fee for hundreds of household repairs due to normal wear and tear. They also include System Checks for up to 2 heating and cooling systems, plumbing, electrical, and drain systems.
Bronze Plans include an annual check on your heating and cooling system with the option to add cleaning. Regular maintenance can help lower energy bills, prevent repairs and breakdowns, and extend the life of your unit. The Bronze Plan also includes System Checks (heating and cooling, plumbing, electrical, and drains), a 15% member discount, and 24-hour emergency response.

Service Plan - Gold
Basic Coverage – Gold Service Plan
A.B. May Gold and Silver Service Plan coverage includes two heating and cooling systems (heat pump, or a heat pump & furnace combination, or a furnace & air conditioner combination), plumbing (including one standard tank water heater), and electrical systems. Gold Plans include cooking and dishwashing appliances (dishwashers, ranges, range hoods or downdrafts, microwave ovens, cooktops, ovens, warming drawers, and trash compactors only) with other additional optional coverage available.
A.B. May Gold and Silver Service Plans require that ALL heating and cooling systems and ALL standard tank water heaters on the premises be covered. Boilers also require additional coverage.
