May Service Plan means you are ready when things go wrong and only need to call 913-383-3100 to schedule service. We answer our phones 24/7, hire well-trained technicians you can trust, respect your home, offer member discounts, and include hundreds of covered repairs with your service fee (Silver and Gold Plans only).

Stay on top of home maintenance. Preventative System Checks for heating & cooling, plumbing, electrical, and drain systems are included in your plan with no service fee unless an approved repair is completed during the visit. They help maximize home system performance and can mitigate repairs down the road.

Customize your coverage. Every home is unique. We offer different plans and coverage options. Bronze Plans include System Checks for major systems. Silver and Gold plans also include up to $2000 towards covered heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical repairs. Plus, Gold Plans include cooking and dishwashing appliance repairs. Add extra coverage for unique features like boilers, air purifiers, or tankless water heaters.

All Service Plans include:

  • Beneficial System Checks to evaluate and help you better understand your home systems, improve performance, and prevent costly breakdowns. Bronze plans include a heating & cooling System Check, while Silver and Gold also include annual Plumbing, Electrical, and Drain System Checks No service fee is collected unless an approved repair is completed.
  • 24-hour emergency response
  • 15% member discount on additional services

Gold & Silver Plans also cover hundreds of household repairs due to normal wear and tear.
