Matt came to my rescue – Senior citizen recently widowed and new home purchaser did panic when temp in house at 80 would not go down. I called the other service company that former owners used and they could not get out to my house for 10 days. I called A.B. May and they were very nice, attitudes were great from person who answered phone to Matt saying goodbye. He was very nice. Not only explained but showed me the problem, repaired it quickly. Another plus was that he had the parts with him in his truck. No waiting and a great reassurance to me that the house would be cooling that day. Explained other services available.
