Our Warranty Includes Parts and Labor

Right now, our warranty on qualified heating and cooling systems is the best in the industry. Many companies offer a 10-year Parts Warranty and 1-Year Labor Warranty at best. That means after the first year, it only covers the parts needed for the repair but doesn’t cover any of the labor. Our warranties cover both Parts and Labor, and many Daikin systems come with Unit Replacement Warranties as well, which means if a major issue arises they will replace the entire unit and not just the part.

An A.B. May warranty means that if you have an issue anytime between your installation and 12 years, we will come out and fix it at no cost as long as you have scheduled maintenance for your system at least once per year since installation. Even the smallest repair can be expensive, so this coverage provides ultimate peace of mind.
