  • Our technician was very informative while he was working, checking back with us each time he performed a task. He clearly explained the function of the capacitor and why it was important to have a fully functioning unit. He also took a picture of the inside of the air conditioner, showing a nest that mice had built, and the wires that they chewed up. And he brought the picture into the house to show us the damage. He disposed of the nest and repaired the wires, even recommending a particular type of mouse trap for future use that he said would be most effective. He was very thorough and professional.
